Graham hit the second of two goals for the Molineux youngsters four minutes into added time to beat the Royals 2-1 at Molineux.
Wolves had fell behind in the first few minutes to Reading, when the visitors broke from a wasted free-kick and Craig Tanner swept the ball under goalkeeper Jon Flatt.
Zeli Ismail did his best to get Wolves back into the Premier League Under-21 affair, but his drive was saved by shot-stopper Stuart Moore.
However, Ismail played his part in Wolves' equaliser in the 39th minute, picking out Graham to fire home first time.
