Wolves today completed the signing of Barnsley winger Adam Hammill on a three-and-a-half year deal.

Hammill, 22, is understood to have remained in Wolverhampton since a medical at Compton yesterday and was joining his new team-mates in training today.

Wolves are paying a cut-price £500,000 for the former Liverpool man after meeting the buy-out clause in his contract.

Hammill could be in the squad for Saturday's visit of his former club Liverpool.

Dundee striker Leigh Griffiths, 20, remains in training with a view to signing in a £150,000 deal.
