West Brom v Charlton predicted line-up: Will Eric Ramsay be persuaded into changes for critical clash?
Chances are slipping away for boss Eric Ramsay to record a first victory as Albion boss.
The head coach tackles Charlton Athletic at The Hawthorns on Tuesday night in a bid to stave off calls for his head with a first win in the hotseat.
It is his ninth fixture at the helm, with five defeats and three draws in all competitions so far. Fears of relegation to League One have heightened in the 34-year-old's six weeks in the dugout.
Ramsay called for "short memories" in the wake of Saturday's 2-0 home defeat against leaders Coventry as the Addicks, fresh from promotion from the third tier last term, come to town. Charlton have been battling the lower region of the Championship but are currently 17th, six points above the Baggies, after improved form of just one defeat in five.
It will be interesting to see whether the under-fire boss opts to change too much, in terms of personnel or even formation, in hunt of a win.
I expect George Campbell, who made his first-half return as a substitute for the flailing Alfie Gilchrist against the Sky Blues, will start from the off at right-back. He has not done so since the 1-1 draw at Derby.
Nat Phillips will surely be ready to return at central defence instead of Charlie Taylor almost two weeks after his concussion at Birmingham. He was a substitute on Saturday having only returned to training late last week.

Otherwise changes talk comes further forward. Mikey Johnston was again a substitute against the Sky Blues and with the onus on Albion attacking against the Addicks surely it is time for the winger to go in from the off?
Whether Ramsay opts to sacrifice Jed Wallace, Isaac Price or Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba will be an interesting call. I have gone for a Wallace on the bench.
I am not sure it is certain Aune Heggebo starts up front. He has not scored in 13 appearances and will clearly be low on confidence.
In Daryl Dike and Josh Maja the alternatives do not scream out. Ramsay has, however, started Dike in the league against Stoke three Saturdays ago and Maja in the FA Cup at Norwich more recently. The latter netted what proved to be a consolation at Carrow Road.
I have elected for Heggebo, just, but do not be surprised to see change at the top of the Baggies' attack.
