Two 8s the standout West Brom player ratings after QPR draw

See how we rated the Albion players in Saturday’s 1-1 draw against QPR.

MAX O'LEARY

Came up trumps when his side needed him to claim the deserved point. The save from Poku was top class and from Burrell's header wasn't bad either.

Quality 8

CALLUM STYLES

Albion's man of the moment keeps delivering. A second goal in four games but more pertinently was the answer to the right-back SOS call. Did so well and super goal.

Superb 8

NAT PHILLIPS

Continued his excellent form of late. Really solid defensively with some fine blocks, interceptions and clearances. He has shown an impressive level very often of late.

Classy 7

CHRIS MEPHAM

Back in the side for second weekend running and put in another really astute display. One of a couple beaten by Burrell for goal - which ended as his own goal, unluckily. Played well.

Impressed 7

CONOR TOWNSEND

A first league start since April 2025 for Ipswich. Got through 90 minutes and did well. Some delivery was off but otherwise used ball well and defended solidly.

Solid 7

RABBY NZINGOULA

Back in the side on the right and had a very bright start but faded. Still did enough to catch the eye but could not find telling impact in final third.

Faded 6

JAYSON MOLUMBY

Maintained his place in midfield from Wednesday night and put in a decent display. Not as advanced at times as previous clashes and was more disciplined. Headed wide.

Disciplined 7

TOBY COLLYER

First minutes and a 'second debut' for the £3million summer recruit. Used the ball well - aside from slack ball that led to Rs opener - and showed good energy and willingness to attack.

Promising 7

ISAAC PRICE

An off-day for the attacker who dipped below his levels, perhaps as a sign of fatigue along with others. At times his passing or control was off, unusually. Still had some bright moments.

Dipped 6

FELIX HORN MYHRE

Selected in support of Heggebo with others rested and had one of his better performances. Set up Styles' goal and his general play was neat and tidy to go with the work rate. Still want more.

Tidy 7

AUNE HEGGEBO

Kept his place from Wednesday's winner but sent his one golden chance just wide from Collyer cross. Still looks tired and off it from mystery illness.

Tired 6

Substitutes:

Kareem Tunde (for Collyer, 68) Unable to have big impact 6.

Jimmy-Jay Morgan (for Horn Myhre, 74) Big chance over 6.

Barney Stewart (for Heggebo, 74) Struggled 6.

Ousmane Diakite (for Nzingoula, 74) Another caution 6.

George Campbell (for Phillips, 90+1) n/a

Subs not used: Ingram (gk), Maughan, Crowther, Whitwell.
