James Morrison kickstarts Albion's 12-game quest for Championship survival at second-bottom Oxford United on Saturday.

Morrison, 39, begins a third caretaker stint of the last 12 months having overseen three fixtures following the sackings of both Tony Mowbray and Ryan Mason.

The former midfielder, now first-team coach at The Hawthorns, is unbeaten with two wins - one on penalties - and a draw from his time at the helm.

He has told the Express & Star previously of his desire to become a head coach.

Morrison has the chance to take the Albion reins until the end of the season and spearhead the hunt for survival in a woeful campaign but to do so must show signs of a turnaround, beginning at the Kassam Stadium on Saturday.

It remains to be seen how similar Morrison's starting line-up is to the side named by predecessor Eric Ramsay.

The 1-1 draw against the Addicks was a slight improvement, albeit against limited opposition, with some brighter moments in the final third.

I've opted for three changes from the midweek draw.
