West Brom v Coventry City: Predicted line-up as boss mulls attacking call
Albion return to Championship action with a crunch clash against leaders Coventry at The Hawthorns on Saturday lunchtime.
It kickstarts three games in eight days that look like going some way to deciding just how perilous this dogfight against relegation to League One could prove.
Under-fire boss Eric Ramsay is likely to select a side much more familiar to the norm than the nine changes made for last weekend's experimental and protective Albion outfit named at Carrow Road in the FA Cup - which ended in a 3-1 exit from the competition.
Fitness-pending - and most of Ramsay's 'first-choice XI' should be available - the side to tackle table-toppers City more or less picks itself.
Albion had George Campbell back in training this week and whether he pushes either Krystian Bielik or Nat Phillips to feature at centre-back or Alfie Gilchrist at right-back is up for debate. I've gone for a return on the bench after his hamstring issue.
Albion need the midfield assuredness of Alex Mowatt and Jayson Molumby in the heart of their side. They will be very much needed in this critical week.
Aune Heggebo is likely to lead the line despite Josh Maja's goalscoring effort in the Cup last week. The question is who will play the supporting cast?
It is essentially four players going for three positions and one misses out - Mikey Johnston, Isaac Price, Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba and Jed Wallace.
