West Brom youngsters schedule four dates at new stadium base including visit of German opposition
Alexander Stadium has recently been confirmed as the new home of Albion Women ahead of their 2025/26 campaign.
And it was a perfect start for Siobhan Hodgetts-Still's side as they recorded a 2-1 comeback victory against Stoke in Sunday's opening fixture in their new Perry Barr base, with Bilkul's Shilen Patel, Andrew Nestor and Ethan Gobetz watching on.
It has now been confirmed that Albion's under-21s will also use the stadium, predominantly an athletics venue, to host fixtures this season.
The premier academy side - now under the management of former under-18s boss Leigh Downing after he replaced Richard Beale this summer - have several matchday bases to navigate a busy fixture schedule.
For the last year their home has been Damson Park, home of National League club Solihull Moors, and some fixtures will remain there.
Albion under-21s also hold fixtures, as per youth football rules, at The Hawthorns and on occasion also play behind-closed-doors at the club's training ground in Walsall.
For Baggies supporters eager to see more of Downing's under-21s this term, four fixtures have been scheduled to take place at Alexander Stadium prior to Christmas.
They include a trio of Premier League Cup clashes against Exeter on Wednesday, October 15, Brentford on Friday, November 28 and Luton on Monday, December 22.

Also to take place in the Perry Barr venue is an exciting clash against youth opposition from German outfit Borussia Monchengladbach, on Wednesday, October 29.
That clash is in the Premier League International Cup, a competition the Baggies youngsters are playing in for the first time this season after an invitation from the Premier League, which academy boss Richard Stevens labelled a "no-brainer" to enter. Albion fell two places short of the 16th position needed to qualify for the competition, but due to others unable to compete, the under-21s received an invitation.
In total there will be four fixtures against continental opposition, two prior to the Gladbach tie and one after.
FC Nordsjaelland of Denmark visit The Hawthorns first, on Tuesday, September 30.
Italian giants Juventus bring their youth side to Albion's Hawthorns home on Wednesday, October 8. Following the Gladbach clash at the Alexander Stadium will be a meeting with Valencia - whose first team are managed by Carlos Corberan - on December 3.
Crystal Palace, Fulham and Leicester City also make up the Baggies' Group B. There will be four group fixtures, all against international opposition.
