West Brom's Premier League clash with Liverpool has been rescheduled due to Jurgen Klopp's men reaching the Champions League semi-final.

The match at the Hawthorns, originally scheduled for Sunday April 22, has been brought forward to Saturday April 21.
The kick-off time will now be 12.30pm and broadcast live on Sky Sports.
