The Chelsea boss, who won three scudetto at Juventus before taking over the Italy job, was thrown into an ice bath four years ago by his players after guiding Juve to the title.

And he would welcome similar celebrations from Chelsea on Friday night.

"I hope," he said. "The moment of celebration must be fantastic. I'm sure my players want to celebrate in the right way. I am the same."

Conte is on the brink of his fourth domestic title in a row, and has been linked with a return to Italy to manage Inter Milan.

Conte's wife Elisabetta and daughter Vittoria have stayed in Italy this season due to schooling, but have been scheduled to move to London this summer.

The Blues boss has admitted it is a challenge living apart from his family, who regularly join him in London.

But the 47-year-old signed a three-year deal with Chelsea last summer and insists he is committed to staying in London.

"I have two years (left on my) contract with Chelsea," he said. "When you start the work in a new club the will is to continue to work, to try to improve your work in many years. For sure, this is my will. In this moment for me or for my players, the most important thing is to be focused on the moment.

"Now the most important thing is to reach our target. The most important thing is to write the history of the club.

"We mustn't forget that we must take three points to reach this target."

The last two title-winners, Jose Mourinho and Claudio Ranieri, have lost their jobs in the following season. But Conte is not concerned.

"This could be another big, big step for me," he said. "At the start of the season it wasn't easy. We faced a lot of problems and we had to solve a lot of problems.

"When you finish 10th in the league it means that the problem is not only one, but there are a lot of problems. The problem is not only one person.

"I think we're doing a really good job, but I want this job to become great and then fantastic."

N'Golo Kante missed Monday's game against Middlesbrough with a thigh injury but the PFA player of the year has recovered and will be available tonight.

It means everyone is fit for Chelsea but Conte is taking nothing for granted.

"To play against West Brom is not easy," he said. "This is a really strong team, a physical team, a good coach. For sure, the atmosphere can be very hot.

"But it's important also in this moment to enjoy. I like to repeat: this is a good season. We want it to become a great season.

"There is only one way, to take three points and to win the title."
