WATCH: West Brom's Rickie Lambert beats Matt Le Tissier in penalty shotout
West Brom striker Rickie Lambert has proved once and for all that he's the best penalty taker in the business.
The former Southampton striker scored 34 out of 34 spot-kicks for the Saints, and he's only missed three penalties in competitive fixtures in his career.
Another Southampton hero, Matt Le Tissier, scored 49 out of 50 penalties in his career, and so the pair had a one-on-one penalty shoot-out at goalkeeper Kelvin Davis' testimonial this week.
Lambert scored all four of his penalties, while Le Tissier missed one and had one saved by Davis.
Albion had four out of their five penalties saved this season, costing them six points.
Perhaps head coach Tony Pulis should substitute the 34-year-old on next season whenever the Baggies are given a spot kick.
