West Brom bring in recruits to their back-room
West Brom have made Stuart White their new head of scouting – and appointed ex-Liverpool employee Dave McDonough to analyse opponents.

White, who was formerly head of UK recruitment, has been promoted to lead the Baggies' scouting set-up under new sporting and technical director Richard Garlick.
And McDonough, who previously worked at Liverpool, Valencia and Inter Milan, has joined the club as head of analysis.
His role will include compiling reports on future opponents as well as analysing potential new signings.
