Peter Odemwingie told to get focus

West Brom boss Roy Hodgson has ordered Peter Odemwingie to forget his international nightmare and focus on delivering in Sunday's Black Country derby.
The Baggies striker flew to Holland today for an appointment with a specialist that Hodgson hopes will allay his fears about serious ankle injury.
And, when the Nigeria international returns to the Hawthorns, the Baggies head coach will urge him to move on from a nightmare week that saw him fail to help his country reach the African Nations Cup finals.
Odemwingie was booed as he was substituted in the 2-2 draw with Guinea, stung by bizarre claims he had blamed a Nigerian preacher for the team's failings, embroiled in a row with fans on Twitter and then caught up in a dispute about the extent of his injuries.
Now Hodgson wants to see last season's top scorer use club games to calm the troubled waters of the last 10 days.
The head coach said: "There's nothing we can do except make certain that when he comes back he divorces Nigeria from West Bromwich Albion. We need to make certain he understands that."
