Jon Whitney wants Walsall fully focused
Boss Jon Whitney has urged Walsall to focus on their own job and beat Port Vale on Sunday – as they look to snatch a dramatic final day automatic promotion.
The Saddlers – who are set to be backed by more than 3,000 travelling supporters at Vale Park – need to win and hope Burton, who currently hold second spot, lose at Doncaster.

A three-goal swing is also required for them to leapfrog the Brewers.
But while admitting it will be nigh on impossible to block out events at the Keepmoat Stadium, Whitney will urge his players to concentrate on the task in hand and ensure they hold up their end of the bargain.
Much has been made of the fact former Saddlers skipper Andy Butler plays for Doncaster, who are all-but-relegated from the division.
Whitney said: "The Doncaster guys will want to show they have got some pride and they can carry forward so momentum into next season.
"But we have got to make sure we do our job, respect Port Vale and put in a performance.
"Port Vale are on a good run and Rob Page has got them playing really well. They are dogged and a good team at home."
Whitney intends to keep updated on the Burton score as the game progresses and admits it could influence his decision making.
He said: "Everybody has got their radio on so it filters through. I'm not going to say I'm not going to know – of course I'll know and it might change how I have to look at things.
"I will get feedback from the crowd because it might change what I do, I might have to go and force to get a goal or I might have to be defensive.
"I will be looking at it but first and foremost I will be looking at getting my team prepared.
"I watched Port Vale against Scunthorpe and they are a good organised team. It's going to be a challenge. It's our cup final.
"We won the semi-final against Fleetwood and now it's our final."
