After drawing 0-0 against Accrington Stanley on Saturday, Walsall drew a blank once again as they dropped points on home soil against Crawley Town.

Walsall registered just one shot on target across the 90 minutes and Sadler admitted his team need to show more quality in the decisive moments.

"We have to try and find that formula of how we want it to look still," boss Sadler said.

"Because certainly today there was not enough of those moments of calm or moving the ball where we want it to be.

"I'm not trying to make any suggestion that I want us to be a 70-80 per cent possession team because I don't.

"I want us to be a team that is fantastic out of possession, which we are, but it's that bit of composure and calmness in possession that was needed today".

Daniel Kanu registered the only shot on target for Walsall.
