From Krakow to Walsall - who is new Polish-born loan defender Kacper Łopata
Kacper Łopata joined Walsall on loan from League One outfit Barnsley on Thursday evening.
The Polish defender had spent the first half of the season at Bristol Rovers and has had an eventful career despite being only 24.
His arrival comes in the wake of Dan Cox's recall by Derby County last week and bolsters the defensive options in the Saddlers' squad.
Here is everything you need to know about the Saddlers' latest loan recruit.
From Krakow to UK
Born in Krakow, Łopata spent part of his childhood in Szczencin, before his family relocated to England when he was eight.
After settling in Bristol, he trained with Southampton in his formative years, and then joined Bristol City's youth ranks aged 12.
He moved on to Yeovil Town three years later but failed to land a contract with the Somerset outfit.

Yet he was driven to pursue his career and gave a succinct insight into his strong mentality in an interview with Polish media.
"I'm ambitious, but even more fierce. When I set myself a goal, I try to achieve it with hard work, despite the obstacles," he once said to TVP Sport.
"I remember when a Spanish teacher at school in England told me I wouldn't pass. I hated Spanish at the time, but I wanted to prove him how wrong he was.
"And I passed. That's what I have - when someone tells me that I won't do something, I showed him that he was wrong."
