Mat Sadler explains thinking behind Walsall's midfield selection in Cambridge defeat

Mat Sadler insists Lewis Warrington is available for selection, after giving Charlie Lakin the nod at the base of the Walsall midfield on New Year's Day.

Brandon Comley dropped to the bench after starting successive games for Walsall between Christmas and New Year, while Warrington has been absent from the squad for the past three matches. 

Lakin was deployed in the No 6 role, as Jamie Jellis and Ryan Finnigan started just in front of him during the Saddlers' 2-0 defeat at Cambridge United

But Sadler stressed that Warrington's absence was tactical when asked about his selection afterwards.
