New signing Kemar Roofe already "driving standards" at Walsall - Mat Sadler
Mat Sadler says new signing Kemar Roofe is already "driving standards" in training since he joined Walsall last week.
The 32-year-old, who had previously spent over three weeks training with his hometown club, officially signed on an initial short-term deal until January.
Striker Roofe made his debut with a 14-minute cameo from the bench during the Saddlers' 2-0 home defeat against Colchester United on Saturday.
The former Leeds United and Rangers forward has had a challenging couple of years with injury, but Sadler has quickly witnessed the strengths that he has brought to the camp.
Roofe's qualities are "clear for everyone to see"
