The 20-year-old re-joined Tamworth on a youth loan until December last month, after failing to feature for Walsall in League Two.

Maher has figured in the League Cup and EFL Trophy for the Saddlers this term, but has returned to the Lambs to gain valuable minutes after two loan spells with them in the National League last season.

The Republic of Ireland under-21 international has made three appearances for the Lambs in his latest loan stint.

He started in the 1-0 win over Hyde United in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round and has starred twice from the bench in a 1-1 draw against Morecambe in the National League and a 4-0 victory over Burnley under-21s in the National League Cup.
