Walsall boss Mat Sadler is excited by Trivela Group's proposed takeover of Drogheda United.
The Saddlers' owners are pressing forward with a 100 percent acquisition of the League of Ireland club.
And Sadler believes it will increase Walsall's likelihood of signing top Irish talent.
