Tom Bradshaw ruled out of Walsall's Easter fixtures

Walsall have suffered a blow after top scorer Tom Bradshaw was ruled out of their Easter fixtures.

The 16-goal striker has not recovered from the hamstring injury which kept him out of last weekend's 1-0 defeat at Chesterfield.

Dean Smith's men - who sit just three points above the League One relegation zone, host Notts County tomorrow, before heading to Peterborough on Monday.

Smith said: "Tom is still not ready for the weekend. Jon Whitney is hopeful he will be ready for the following weekend when we play Fleetwood.

"It is frustrating for him, it is frustrating for us but players have got to step up."

Smith has at least been boosted by the return of teenage left-back Rico Henry to full training. The 17-year-old had been out since February with a dislocated collarbone.
