The 20-year-old has made seven appearances for the Saddlers this term, scoring one goal.

Morris has had previous loan spells at Leamington and Worcester City and said: "I'm looking forward to getting some competitive games under my belt.

"It will be good to get a run of games and make my mark. I know that I'm going into a tough and physical league, but I am looking forward to the challenge that awaits me.

"This is an opportunity for me to show the gaffer what I can do, while also helping Wrexham climb the table.

"I was happy with the way in which I started the season but it's been hard to break back into the team, as we have been doing well.

"This move gives me the chance to get game time at the end of the week. I have been working hard and will continue to do so in order to make an impact."

Wrexham are currently 17th in the Conference Premier table. Although the loan is until the end of the Conference season, the Saddlers will have a 24-hour recall after 28 days.

Walsall club secretary Daniel Mole said: "Because Wrexham are affiliated to the Welsh FA, the transfer was subject to FIFA Approval as a cross-border transfer.

"Rather than sending Kieron on a month's loan, only to have to reapply for international clearance if all parties wished to extend after the initial 28-day period.

"We felt it prudent to loan Kieron for the duration of the season, with the ability to recall after a month at any time."
