Walsall ace is eager to play again at Wembley
Andy Taylor is urging Walsall to keep their rare shot at Wembley alive by beating Tranmere next Tuesday.
Victory in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Area semi-final would put the Saddlers one round and two games from an historic first appearance at the home of English football.
The left-back was an extra-time substitute for Sheffield United in the 2012 League One play-off final and is keen to see Wembley again.
"It's a chance to play at Wembley and in your career you don't get many chances to do that," he said of next week's game.
"Win one game against Tranmere and all of a sudden you're in the area final and two games from Wembley. If you don't take it seriously, then you should do – and we are."
The Saddlers head into the game on the back of a five-game unbeaten league run.
Dean Smith's men have lost just one of their last eight games and now boast the best defensive record in League One.
But they have one of the poorest attacks, having netted just 15 times in 19 games.
"We take the plaudits defensively as a team but we also take the criticism attacking-wise as a team," added Taylor.
