Boss Dean Smith today insisted Walsall look unbeatable and should be satisfied with their festive haul.
The Saddlers' Saturday stalemate with Rochdale moved them two points clear of the League One drop zone after a Boxing Day win over Sheffield Wednesday.
They have lost just once in their last seven League One games since the start of November and Smith declared himself pleased with the Saddlers' recent form.
"I don't think we look like getting beaten at the moment. If you had asked me at the start if we'd take four points from Sheffield Wednesday and Rochdale I would have said yes," said Smith, ahead of today's trip to Bury.
"It's been a good set of results anyway, the only way it would have been better is if we'd won on Saturday.
"Whether it be Rochdale at home or Sheffield Wednesday at home, a four- point return is a good one. If we're able to convert our chances then we'll win more games.
"If we'd lost against Sheffield Wednesday it would still have been a good performance but on Saturday it wasn't a great performance but we didn't get beaten either."
