The Northern Ireland under-21 hitman has bagged three goals this term and his form has convinced boss Dean Smith to hand him fresh terms.
Smith is keen to change the Saddlers' contract policy and promised his squad that, if they impress, he will offer them new deals before the end of the season.
Grigg was handed the No.9 shirt in the summer and Smith insisted the striker's progress merits a contract extension.
"I am delighted we've been able to extend Will's deal," said Smith. "He's come on extremely well over the past six or seven months and fully deserves this new and extended contract."
