The Saddlers midfielder admitted they cannot afford to blow more leads if they want to escape danger.

Saturday's 1-1 FA Cup draw with Exeter was the sixth lead they had tossed away this season and left them facing a first-round replay at the Banks's Stadium next Wednesday.

They host Bury in League One on Saturday just a point and a place above the drop zone and Chambers insisted they must get ruthless.

"The majority of the games we've been involved in have been tight affairs. There's only been the odd goal in it but we need to create more chances," he said. If we'd done that on Saturday maybe we would have gone through. It would have been easier to hold on to because a 1-0 lead puts a bit of pressure on you."
