New-boy Mark Wilson today urged Walsall fans not to judge him until they have seen he can deliver the goods.

The midfielder joined on a month's loan from Doncaster yesterday to help arrest the Saddlers' worrying slide.

They had won just once in 10 League One games, before today's visit of MK Dons, and boss Dean Smith moved for the schemer with Adam Chambers struggling with a calf problem.

Wilson has made just three appearances for Rovers this term but insisted he hasn't lost his class.

"I prefer people to make their own judgements on my game and I'd rather the fans watch and form their own opinions of me as a player," said the 32-year-old former Manchester United man.
