The tough-tackling centre-half, from Rushall, started his rise through non-league at Gornal Athletic.

He also had spells at Tipton Town, Halesowen Town and the Pitmen before joining AFC Telford United.

After impressing at the New Bucks Head, he played in the National League for both Wrexham and Forest Green Rovers last season, and is Blackpool's first summer signing.
