The original tie was abandoned on Saturday (September 13) after Khalsa goalkeeper Ravan Constable was subjected to 'monkey noises' from the crowd in the second half.

Khalsa will welcome Hereford FC to the Guardian Warehousing Arena again on Tuesday, September 23.

The winner of the tie, which will be replayed in its entirety (extra-time and penalties if required), will face a trip to Hemel Hempstead Town in the third qualifying round on September 27.

In the aftermath of the incident, Hereford FC bosses confirmed banning orders against two of its supporters pending an investigation by West Midlands Police.

Goalkeeper Constable also spoke out after the abuse he faced, expressing his anger and upset at the events, and reaffirming that "racism has no place" in football.

That sentiment was echoed by Kick It Out, who called for football "to unite in its condemnation of discrimination"

"Ticket prices will not be altered for this future, to offset the costs of additional security," Sporting Khalsa added a statement released on social media.

"That said, we hope to see as many of you there for what promises to be an exciting game of football. Our league game against Clitheroe will be re-arranged for a later date."
