Italian side Napoli was been linked with a move for Baggies forward Peter Odemwingie in a search for a backup striker.

WOLVES

Wolves will decide the future of QPR trialist Hogan Ephraim, who has been training with the club this week, within the next 48 hours.

Celtic have been put off by Wolves' £2 million asking price for Republic of Ireland international striker Kevin Doyle.

Doyle looks set to spend the season in League One with Wolves.

Meanwhile Razak Boukari is back training with Wolves despite continuing negotiations over a proposed season-long loan to French Ligue 1 side Sochaux.
