Dwight Yorke says he was overlooked for the Villa job because he is black and inexperienced.

The former striker was interested in being manager before Roberto Di Matteo and Steve Bruce were both appointed, but on neither occasion was he interviewed.
When he was asked if that was down to his lack of managerial experience, or his colour, he said: "I genuinely think there's a bit of both.
"You keep constantly hitting a wall, keep constantly not getting anywhere, and even with all the noises that I've made."
Yorke has been an assistant coach at Trinidad & Tobago but has never managed a team.
