Aston Villa handed FA charge

Aston Villa has been charged by the Football Association for crowd disturbance during their FA Cup quarter-final win over West Brom last month.

Published Apr 21, 2015

It is alleged Villa "failed to ensure that no spectators or unauthorised persons were permitted to encroach onto the pitch".

Reading have also been charged with the same offence after their game with Bradford City.

Both clubs have until April 23 to respond.
