FA Cup fourth-round draw: Everything you need to know
The FA Cup fourth-round draw will be made on Monday, and here's everything you need to know.
The draw will take place at Anfield ahead of Liverpool’s third-round tie with Barnsley. It is scheduled for approximately 6.35pm and will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1, discovery+, and the TNT Sports YouTube channel.
Presented by Darren Fletcher and Ally McCoist, the draw will be conducted by Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard and former England international Joe Cole.
Wolves will be ball number one in the draw after Rob Edwards’ side thrashed Shrewsbury Town 6-1 at Molineux to advance to the fourth round.
Aston Villa will be number three, West Brom number 19, Birmingham City number 27, and Stoke City number 29, among others.
Non-league side Macclesfield, who pulled off a historic FA Cup giant-killing by beating holders Crystal Palace, will be number 30 in the draw. Manager John Rooney dedicated the famous victory to Wolves academy graduate and Macclesfield player Ethan McLeod, who tragically died in a car accident last month.
The FA Cup fourth-round matches are scheduled to be played on and around the weekend of Saturday, February 14, and Sunday, February 15.
The prize money for this year’s FA Cup is substantial. The winners will take home £2.1 million, while third-round winners earned £121,500. Losing sides, including Shrewsbury Town and Walsall, earned £26,500. Fourth-round winners will receive £127,000.
