Birmingham led and then came from behind to play out a draw at Blackpool in the Championship.

Blues broke the deadlock through Marlon King's opener but had the tables turned on them through goals from Stephen Crainey and Neal Eardley, before Nikola Zigic's equaliser three minutes from time.

King silenced Bloomfield Road with his 29th minute strike, drilling home from the edge of the box after picking up a pass from Wade Elliott.

But the lead lasted just two minutes, Crainey hauling Blackpool level with his close-range finish from Lomana Tresor LuaLua's ball.

Eardley put the home side ahead for the first time 12 minutes into the second-half, with a fine strike into the top corner from just outside the 'D.'

However, Blues didn't give up and took a share of the spoils through Zigic, on for Jean Beausejour, after the big striker bundled the ball home from Jonathan Spector's cross in the 87th minute.
