Scott Dann leaves Blues for £6m

Birmingham defender Scott Dann has completed a £6million move to Blackburn.

Dann underwent a medical at Ewood Park today, before signing a four-year contract with the Premier League club.

The 24-year-old had been linked with several clubs, including Arsenal and Liverpool, following Blues' relegation to the Championship.

Dann joined Birmingham from Coventry in 2009 for £3.5million and has made 50 league starts for the club.

But last season was cut short for the former Walsall defender, after he sustained a hamstring tear in January.
