Birmingham City owner Carson Yeung has made his teenage son one of the youngest directors in the Championship after appointing him to the Blues board.
Ryan Yeung, 18, has been named on a new-look board at St Andrew's which is now comprised entirely of members from the Far East.
The arrival of Yeung's son comes after a boardroom reshuffle in which Michael Wiseman, whose family has been associated with the club at board level for 83 years, accepted a request to step down as part of a restructuring process.
Blues refused to confirm whether the teenager was a direct replacement for Wiseman, who has been kept on as honorary vice-president at the club.
The background and experience of Yeung's son is not clear but he is known to have been based in London, where he has been studying, and has been a visitor to St Andrew's.
His father, Birmingham's controlling shareholder, has been charged with five counts of money laundering worth £59million from 2001-2007.
Yeung, who denies the allegations, is next due in court in Hong Kong on Aug 11 and, if found guilty, could face 14 years in jail.
