Darts round-up: Coseley League leaders salvage a point in late comeback

League leaders Lower Gornal Bl B came from two sets down to salvage a 3-3 draw against Hotshots B in the Coseley Friday League.

Hotshots B raced into a 3-1 lead through Shane Gill, Connor Whitehouse and Luke Messer, but Adam Edgar, Ash Marson and Geoff Marson led the comeback charge to restore parity. 

Legion A emerged 4-2 winners third-placed Hotshots A thanks to Kevin Flavell, Mike Hartshorn, Matt Price and Neill Cooper.

Aaron Jones, Billy Graham, Billy Jones and Craig Hampton helped lead Hurst Hill to victory by the same score-line over Darlo Cons.

Junction B maintained their unbeaten record in the Wolverhampton Tuesday after extending their spell of invincibility with a 7-0 crushing of Dog A. 

John Simms, Paul Price, Ryan O'Connor, Dean Fullwood, Paul Bromley, Jack Aldridge and Luke Griffiths ultimately helped Junction B romp to a resounding win.

Gilberts B clawed their way back from 3-1 down to beat Golden Lion A 4-3 courtesy of Jimmy Handley, Pete Edmonds, Simon Pritchard and Wayne Speed.

Elsewhere, Wayne Horton, Ethan Evans, Tom Fletcher and Paul Fellows ensured Woodfield edged to a narrow 4-3 success at Wednesfield Legion.

In the Tettenhall Wednesfield League, Irish Wolf cruised to a 6-1 demolition of Ashmore thanks to Nathan Jones, Lee Cook, Sam Guest, Ryan Bourne, Conrad Taylor and Kristian Wharton. 

Junction B fought from two down to emerge 4-3 victors over Moreton Arms, as Phil Mayo, Rich Newey, Luke Griffiths and Paul Bromley did the damage.

Meanwhile, Cliff Burden, Andre Davies, Wayne Reed and Vince Reed guide Stile to a 4-3 triumph against Wrottesley Arms.

Staffs Knot enjoyed a comprehensive 4-1 success over Kings Head in the West Midlands Super League in a match which featured 14 maximums, as Jamie Hughes, Will Beaden, Jack Aldridge and Dan Hands led Knot to victory.

Chase Social came from two down to defeat Hotshots 3-2 courtesy of Kieron O'Mahoney, Jordan Craig and Roger Horris - while Gilberts A conquered Gate Inn 3-2 thanks to Reece Cook-Lucas, Mark Walker and Jon Blakemore.

Allens A returned to winning ways in the Black Country Super League with a 3-2 victory against High Acres thanks to Rich Bowen, Jack Aldridge and Shane Price. 

John Green, Gav Moreton, Phil Whitlock, George Willetts and Owen Maiden helped Quarry Bank Libs inflict a 5-0 crushing on Soccer Zone A, as Ian Townsend, Jason Lowe and Paul Wells guided Townsend A to a 3-2 win over Northfield DC.
