Wolves star confident long break won't impact improved form
Adam Armstrong is confident Wolves will be able to pick up where they left off at the end of their long late season break.
Rob Edwards’ men face a wait of more than three weeks until they are next in action, away at West Ham.
The break, caused by this weekend’s scheduled home match against Arsenal being brought forward to last month, has come with Wolves in their best form of what has been a tough campaign, after taking seven points from their last three matches.
But January signing Armstrong, who bagged his first goal for the club in Monday’s 2-2 draw at Brentford, does not believe the extended lay-off will disrupt their momentum.
He said: “It is going to be interesting with a big three-week break but we will be working hard.
