Ryan Mason along with coach Nigel Gibbs and Sam Pooley were sacked earlier in the year - before Eric Ramsay and number two Dennis Lawrence were sacked following a disastrous run without a victory.

Now James Morrison is in interim charge until the end of the season alongside Damia Abella and Boaz Myhill.

He has since brought in Matt Gill, who has an extensive coaching career and worked with Russell Martin at Southampton.

Since Gill's arrival Albion's results have improved, with players already highlighting the impact he has had.

Morrison told the Express & Star earlier this month that he had been given permission to bring in another member of staff - and discussions had taken place.

Lewis Cox and Jonny Drury bring you the latest on that topic - and answer a question over whether Albion need more backroom staff.
