West Brom manager odds with two former bosses named as Shilen Patel faces crunch relegation battle decision

It is rinse and repeat for Albion - as they are without a permanent manager yet again following Eric Ramsay's swift exit from The Hawthorns.

Ramsay's 44 day stint at Albion - which included just four draws and not a single victory from his nine games in charge, ended after their 1-1 draw against Charlton.

Albion released a statement after the game - stating Ramsay and his assistant Dennis Lawrence had been relieved of their duties.

In the statement, the club said that James Morrison had been handed the job on an interim basis - but that is as far as the club have commented.

It hasn't stated that Morrison will get the role until the end of the season - leaving fans to speculate whether they will now hunt for a third permanent manager of the season.

The bookmakers have already released odds on who could be the next man in The Hawthorns dugout - should Albion bring in another head coach.

Currently it is former midfielder Morrison who leads the betting - at odds of 2/1.

Behind him comes former Southampton and Rangers boss Russell Martin at 6/1, although a move for the ex-defender is unlikely.

Elsewhere, Sean Dyche, known for masterminding survivals in the Premier League, is available at odds of 8/1 after his time at Nottingham Forest came to an abrupt end.

There has been fan talk around former Albion boss Slaven Bilic making a shock return to Albion. He has been out of work since leaving a job in Saudi Arabia - and earlier this month he reportedly came close to landing the position at Blackburn Rovers.

Bilic, who won the Championship with Albion, is available at 8/1.

Names such as Will Still and Lee Carsley, who was linked before the appointment of Ramsay, have been mentioned - with ex-Baggies defender and manager Darren Moore at 20/1.
