Decisions, systems and failure: Four big things that have gone wrong for struggling West Brom boss Eric Ramsay
It is a tall order to find things that have gone right for Eric Ramsay since he arrived in the West Brom hot seat.
But the list of things that have gone wrong is a long one. Conceding a last minute equaliser in his first match in charge - the 5-0 thumping at the hands of Norwich and the disgraceful display at Portsmouth are just three major ones.
Talk of systems, formations and styles of play have also dominated the six weeks he has had in the job.
Some decisions and moments have had a bigger impact than others - but what are the big things that have gone wrong for Ramsay?
Boro late show and no bounce
The first hour of Ramsay's time in charge suggested his side was going to be a tough watch - and so it has proved.
But there were huge positives out of that second half against Middlesbrough, not least their impressive comeback as they looked like could go on and surprise the high flyers.
As it transpired, Ryan Mason's Achilles heel of late goals turned up to haunt Ramsay. From what could have been a galvanising start to his time at the club, ended with more frustration.
There were positives - but he was on the back foot from the very beginning.
