Baggies fans sold out the away end for their West Midlands derby clash with Birmingham City - as they look to climb away from the relegation zone.
But the travelling away fans were left frustrated by more than just congested traffic around the ground.
Fan coaches took longer than usual to arrive - and when they arrived turnstiles were not working correctly - with some fans unable to get into the ground.
It was a frustrating start to what is a huge evening for Albion - as they look to build on the draw with Stoke.
