Championship relegation odds and what West Brom's chances of survival are after Stoke City stalemate
Albion lifted themselves out of the relegation zone on Saturday thanks to a point against Stoke.
It wasn't just the point over Stoke - as they were also aided by Leicester's midweek five point deduction due to PSR issues.
They now sit one place below Albion just outside the bottom three.
Albion are a point ahead of the drop zone - and could further extend that as they face Birmingham City on Tuesday.
Sheffield Wednesday are dead and buried at the foot of the table - with Oxford United just above them in 23rd place on 28 points.
There is then four points between them and Blackburn, who occupy the final spot in the drop zone.
Then come Leicester on 32 points with Albion just above that on 33, level on points with Portsmouth.
Then there are just three points between those sides and Charlton and Norwich, with Sheffield United a further three ahead of them.
But how to the bookies rate Albion's chances of survival after the weekend's results?
Wednesday are 1/2000 to go down as they it on minus seven points, with Oxford 4/9 on to go down.
Then Blackburn are 6/4 to be relegated to League One.
Portsmouth are 2/1 to go down, despite sitting above Albion, with Leicester's odds slashed to 5/2 after their points deduction.
And the bookies now believe Albion will survive and are fifth favourites to go down at a price of 4/1.
