West Brom forced into changes as Eric Ramsay makes four tweaks - while new January signing handed first start
Eric Ramsay faces the biggest game of his time in charge of Albion - with his side taking on Portsmouth in a huge relegation six pointer.
A defeat on the South Coast could leave Albion sitting just one place above the drop zone - with Pompey over taking them in the table.
However a win would be massive on the back of their point at Derby - and put daylight between Albion and the dreaded relegation line.
Albion have been hit with injury issues in recent days on the back of the result at Derby - while Danny Imray has arrived on loan from Crystal Palace.
And the wing back has come straight into the Albion side as the Baggies have been forced to make three changes from the side that netted late on at Derby.
Imray, Chris Mepham and Charlie Taylor are back in - as Albion lost Krystian Bielik to a dislocated shoulder and are also without George Campbell who looks to have picked up an injury.
Imray is in at right wing back - with Ramsay's sticks with his players at the top end of the field as they look to pick up a vital win.
Samuel Iling-Junior comes into the side for the injured Karlan Grant.
Ollie Bostock and Harry Whitwell return to the bench, while Alex Mowatt and Callum Styles are also among the substitutes.
Albion: O'Leary, Mepham, Phillips, Taylor, Molumby, Diakite, Imray, Iling-Junior, Johnston, Price, Heggebo
Subs: Griffiths, Styles, Gilchrist, Wallace, Whitwell, Mowatt, Maja, Dike, Bostock
