Fourth-placed AFC Wolverhampton City - level on 41 points with third-placed 1874 Northwich - will be hoping to extend that gap to the sides below them when they host struggling Highgate United tomorrow (3pm).

City were beaten 2-1 at play-off rivals Dudley Town last time out as the Robins closed to within a point of them.

Sixth-placed Dudley will be looking to strengthen their claims for a top-five spot away at seventh-placed Coton Green, who are just two points behind the Robins.

Brocton and Lye Town sit in eighth and ninth, respectively, both a point further back. Brocton host leaders Northwich Victoria, while Lye travel to 12th-placed Stone Old Alleynians.

A huge gap has opened up in the middle of the division with 16 points separating Lye from 11th-placed Whitchurch Alport, with Winsford United floating in between.

In that bottom group of teams, Tividale can climb above hosts Whitchurch with victory in Shropshire, while fourth-bottom Stourport Swifts have a crucial six-pointer at home to second-bottom Studley.

Gornal Athletic's pursuit of leaders Knowle at the top of Midland One has been disrupted by their incredible progress in the FA Vase.

They host Smethwick Rangers tomorrow before turning their attention to their fifth-round tie at Hallen the weekend after.

Bilston Town have faced similar issues - they host Leicester St Andrews tomorrow before their huge fifth-round clash at home to former Conference side Droylsden on February 7.

Elsewhere in the division, sixth-placed Birmingham OJM host Ingles, third-bottom Cradley Town can leapfrog seventh-bottom Stapenhill with victory and in another big battle at the bottom fifth-bottom Wednesfield host fourth-bottom Saffron Dynamo with both sides locked together on 26 points.

In North West Counties League Division One South, second-placed Eccleshall travel to Cammell Laird 1907 and rock-bottom Wolves Sporting visit Market Drayton Town, while Stafford Town travel to Brinsford Lane to face Wolverhampton Casuals.

And Bewdley Town will be looking to regain their position at the top of Hellenic League Division One when they travel to Shortwood United.
