West Brom handed unsurprising boost as Eric Ramsay's side face huge 'six pointer' clash with Portsmouth
Albion head to the South Coast on Saturday - facing arguably their biggest game of the season so far.
Having slipped into the relegation dogfight - they face a Portsmouth side who sit one place and two points below Albion in the table.
A victory for Pompey would see them climb above Albion and put Ramsay's side potentially sitting just a point above the drop zone with 16 games remaining.
Another key aspect of the gap between Albion and Pompey is the fact that the South Coast outfit have two games in hand on Ramsay's men.
So three points on Saturday is as good as a must as they look to avoid being dragged further into the relegation scrap.
But they have been handed what could be a seen as a very unsurprising boost at Fratton Park.
Albion have confirmed that they will be backed by a sell out away end on the road this weekend - with their full 2,188 allocation now sold out.

Earlier this week there were only a handful of seats left in one of the blocks in the away end at Fratton Park - and that has now been filled.
They will be hoping to see something similar to what was served up last season - as a convincing win for the Baggies saw them go top of the table thanks to goals from Josh Maja and an Alex Mowatt double.
That was the height of Albion's season - and in terms of away victories it is alarming how bad it has been since that trip to Fratton Park in mid September last year.
Since then, Albion have only won four times on the road in the league. The only victory after Portsmouth away from home last season came at Hull City - while they have only managed three wins on their travels this season at Wrexham, Stoke and Norwich.
