West Brom player ratings v Derby: Improved 7s but handful of 5s as Albion battle back for crucial point
Jonny Drury rates the West Brom players after their dramatic late draw away at Derby County.
Max O'Leary
Had nothing to do for much of the game. But he was involved in the goal as he came to gather a cross and dropped a clanger. It looked like Phillips got in his way, which is a slight defence of him, but it was a difficult first night for the new keeper.
Clanger 5
George Campbell
Recalled and impressed. Headed just wide with what was arguably Albion's best chance in the first half. Was relatively composed and solid throughout, although one minor mistake with Iling-Junior almost handed Derby a second.
Impressed 7
Nat Phillips
Largely dealt with what Derby had to throw at Albion. Battled and won his headers, and kept Derby quiet. Question mark over the goal and potentially poor communication as he got in the way of the keeper before he dropped it.
Solid 6
Krystian Bielik
Into the back three and certainly looked more comfortable. Like Phillips he was solid for large parts of the game - and battled on with a dislocated shoulder before eventually having to come off.
Battled 6
Callum Styles
Did okay in the first period, both defensively and getting forward. Not as advanced as he would have liked at times but much better than Tuesday. Came off on the hour as Albion made changes.
Steady 6
