The Shropshire Baggies, an Albion supporters club, has already held a number of events with former West Brom players.

And now their latest one is coming up at the end of January - with Great Escape goalscorer and hero.

Horsfield, who arrived at Albion from Wigan in the 2003/2004 season, went on to help Albion to promotion and then scored a vital goal on the final day of the following season, as Albion completed their Great Escape.

He is set to appear at the meeting of the Shropshire Baggies on January 27.

The event is being hosted by broadcaster Tom Ross - with doors opening at 7pm at the Maddocks Sports and Social Club.
