Andrew Nestor and West Brom's hierarchy are working on bringing in a fourth head coach in little over 12 months.
The club's owners inherited Carlos Corberan who then moved on to Valencia for a sizeable compensation figure.
They then turned to Tony Mowbray after a move for Raphael Wicky hit the buffers. And after Mowbray's time was ended they then went for Ryan Mason.
That appointed as ended with another sacking, so where does it leave Albion?

Mason's appointment was in keeping with a lot of appointments in recent years across English football. Young managers starting out in first managerial roles.
Some have gone well. The prime example is Kieran McKenna over at Ipswich. But many have gone wrong, and Mason now adds to that list.
