Rob Edwards hoping there is more to come from Wolves summer signing
Rob Edwards admits Jhon Arias has taken time to adjust to English football but hopes the forward has turned a corner for Wolves.
The summer signing put in his best display for the club in a slightly deeper position at Old Trafford in midweek, as Wolves finally ended their losing streak.
Edwards was pleased with Arias' display and believes there is more to come.
"He was really good," Edwards said.
"I challenged them in front of the boys as well, that Joao, Jhon and Mane had to take the ball.
"I felt then if they could try and move their midfield around, it might open things up for Channy, and I thought Channy was good in either receiving it inside almost to make a bit of a diamond or to pull on the outside. It caused them some problems.
"Jhon is a really good footballer and it can take time to adjust, especially to England and the Premier League.
