Skipper calls on West Brom to start 'punishing' opponents
Alex Mowatt has urged Albion to start “punishing” opponents after claiming they are on the up under Ryan Mason.
The Baggies remain 17th in the Championship after dropping five points from winning positions in the last two matches.
Skipper Mowatt believes overall performances were improved in last weekend’s 3-2 defeat at Coventry and Wednesday’s 1-1 derby draw with Blues.
But he conceded Albion, who host Swansea on Saturday, must learn to start killing off matches when they have the chance.
He said: “I said to the boys in the changing room after, we have to play the same way on Saturday.
